The system seldom records the average row before the row for the last phrase in the metrics log. Workaround — Open the log file with Excel or a similar application, select the average row and drag it down to the bottom row.
Sometimes, the system does not show a non-English phrase on load. Workaround — Select an English set, then reselect the non-English set. I am trying to identify the cause to fix this issue.
Limitations
WebTEM detects all input based on the events in the input area. As a result, it cannot detect modifier and special keys, such as Shift, Ctrl, Alt, etc., for virtual keyboards that do not emulate actual key events. To our knowledge, all existing tools suffer from this limitation.
WebTEM detects predictions based on patterns and entry time. While in our tests it was able to detect all predictions, it may misrecognize some in some scenarios. Hence, the predictive metrics reported by the application should be treated as estimations.
